Since on instruction, Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with the complaint dated 20.01.2022 under Annexure-1, Purighat P.S. Case No.171 dated 26.07.2022 has already been registered for commission of offences under Sections 341/294/354-A/ 506/498-A/34 I.P.C. read with Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and the investigation is going on, Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
