None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to delete his name from the FIR arising out of Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S. Case No.61 dated 31.12.2009 and consequently, to quash the entire criminal proceeding, but no stay has been granted from proceeding further in the matter and in the meanwhile, more than 12 years has elapsed. This Court reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner. 4.

In view of such development, the CRLMC is disposed of as dismissed.
