This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek to assail the correctness of the voter list of the members of ensuing Dubandha Service Co-operative Society Election in the district of Ganjam.

Since the notification for election of Dubandha Service Co-operative Society Election has already been published and the election is going to be held on 26th June, 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may agitate his grievance made out in the writ petition by filing a properly constituted election dispute.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
