1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 26th May, 2022 in connection with Belpahar P.S.

Case No.104/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1141/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner along with two other persons came in a Scooty and threatened the driver and helper of a Truck and snatched away a mobile phone, cash of Rs.8000/- and a jack rod. In course of investigation the mobile phone has been recovered. However, no T.I. parade has been conducted as yet.

5. Considering the submissions as above, the materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear personally before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail. Further he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Belpahar P.S. on every Monday at 10 A.M. till submission for final form.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
