On his own submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, R.P.Case No.131 of 2020 pending before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Cuttack is yet to be admitted. This Court finds surprise in the long pendency of the admission of the matter filed in 2020. In the process, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court permits the Petitioners to file Memo for admission of R.P.Case No.131 of 2020 within one week. In such event, the Memo will be entertained and the Competent Authority shall take up the matter for admission at least within a further period of one week.
