None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 30.09.2022. The Petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 30.09.2022. 3.

In view of the above facts it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
