1. The Petitioner is permitted to avail of the appellate remedy provided under Section 151(7) read with Section 153 of the Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 and to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition in such appeal.

2. If the appeal is accompanied by the application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as the reason for the delay, it will be considered on merits by the Appellate Authority provided, however, the appeal along with the said application is filed not later than 2nd September, 2022.
