This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that he has obtained instruction that, till date no F.I.R. has been registered against the Petitioner.

However, it is observed that, in the event of any such F.I.R. is registered, it is open for the Arresting Officer to take resort to Section 41-A, Cr.P.C. on the allegation to be made in the F.I.R. likely to be lodged.
