Heard Mr. J.K. Mishra-2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to issue recognition in favour of the petitioner-institution within a stipulated time. 4.
Mr. J.K. Mishra-2, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that during pendency of the writ petition, on 05.08.2017 permanent recognition has been granted in favour of the petitioner-institution. He produces the letter dated 05.08.2017 in Court today, which is taken on record.

In such view of the matter, since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the writ petition stands disposed of.
