This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 14th March, 2010 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.687 of 2006. 4.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after filing of RPFAM on 14th November, 2011, no step has been taken to get the matter listed. Defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not been removed. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
