Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Through the development at Annexure-7, attention of this Court is drawn by the Petitioner on the inaction of the competent authority in working out the direction therein. Perusal of Annexure7, this Court finds, there is already direction for clearing of encroachment since 16.10.2021.

Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel states that in the event there is anything existing, it has to be worked out. 4.

Considering the rival contentions of the Parties, this Court observes, since there is already direction for clearing the eviction, vide Annexure-7, there should be finality to such direction involving Annexure-7 by O.P.3, if not attended to, within a period of one and half months from today.
