The Petitioners' representation dated 19th May, 2022 will be examined by the Collector, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties 5 to 10 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 12th December, 2022 and be communicated to the Petitioners within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
