This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.
Earlier when the matte was listed on 20.11.2015 and 21.12.2015, none appeared for the petitioner, and the matter was adjourned to two weeks directing the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter. But till date, defects have not been removed. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 10.01.2019 and this Court by observing that in spite of earlier orders dated 20.11.2015 and 21.12.2015, defects are not removed and as a last chance, directed the petitioner to remove the defects by 07.02.2019. Again the matter was listed on 07.02.2019 and as last chance, opportunity was given to the petitioner to remove the defects by 28.02.2019. Today also, none appears for the petitioner and, as such, the orders passed by this Court for removing the defects have not been complied with till date. Therefore, for
non-compliance of the consecutive orders passed by this Court on 20.11.2015, 21.12.2015, 10.01.2019 and 07.02.2019, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for noncompliance of the aforesaid orders. Ashok /Puspa ...........................
