Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client suffered loss caused during cyclone 'Phailin' on 12th and 13th October, 2013. Prayer in the writ petition is for consideration of his client's representations being annexure 3 series. He draws attention to reminder representation dated 10th July, 2015 addressed to the Collector (opposite party no.1).
