This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the cognizance order dated 20th April, 2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundei in I.C.C. No.62 of 2009.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

The defects, as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter, have not yet been removed though the case is of the year 2011 and also last listed on 26th November, 2014.

In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
