Heard Mr. S.K.Lenka, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.A.Pattnaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr. Lenka, the petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.469 dated 11.8.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 294, 506/34 I.P.C. 3.

During course of hearing, Mr. Lenka submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.3) in the matter by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before opposite party No.3 through registered post within a period of

// 2 // two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
