1. The original Appeal was itself delayed and, therefore, notice was issued in the condone delay application on 15th April, 2015. But, when the matter was listed on 30th July, 2015 none appeared for the Petitioner and it was noticed that incomplete requisites had been filed. Even in the present application for restoration defects have not been cured for over 7 years. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.

2. The CMAPL stands dismissed.
