It appears, there is pendency of a civil dispute. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is not entertainable and thus stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner that in the event of any further cause of action arises and Writ Petition lies to the High Court, the Petitioner may move in appropriate proceeding.
