This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 30.09.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Khurda in ICC No.200 of 2010 allowing the petition filed by the Opposite Party under Section 243(2) read with Section 247 Cr.P.C in a proceeding under Section 138 of the N.I Act.

3. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party is present.

4. It appears that this case is of the year 2011. The Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
