Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the order dated 10th February, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2924 of 2022 directing the Collector, Jajpur to take a decision relating to non-disbursement of compensation amount in lieu of the land having been acquired under the Direct Purchase Scheme, having since been complied with. He has placed on record a photocopy of an order dated 23rd June, 2022 passed by the Court of the Collector, Jajpur disposing of the representation of the petitioner filed in the aforesaid record.

In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
