Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:

"It is Therefore the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble court may be graciously pleased to admit this writ application, after hearing the counsel of the petitioner may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or certiorari or any other writ of direction which will deem just and proper to this case by directing the opp. Party to declare the petitioner is a valid candidate for contesting the election in zone no.3 of ANLO Service Co-operative Society Limited and cancelled the notification as the opp. Party Malaya Rout as uncontested candidate for the zone no.3 of the ANLO Co-Operative Society, Anlo for the ends of justice,"

In course of hearing it is brought to notice of this Court that ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has submitted his representation addressed to the Election Officer, Anlo, SCS (opposite party no.2) on 02.06.2022, but the same is yet to be

considered.

Having regard to the fact that the election is scheduled to be held on 19th June, 2022, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Election Officer, Anlo, SCS to consider and dispose of representation said to be pending before him by 18th June, 2022.

The Election Officer, Anlo, SCS shall act upon a soft copy of this order as uploaded in the Court's website to be produced by the petitioner.
