1.This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioners are the applicants for the post of Initial Appointee Teachers (IAT) in Government Secondary Schools of the State of Odisha for the year 2021-2022. They have appeared in the Computer Based Test-2022 that took place from 03.03.2022 to 10.03.2022 in multiple shifts vide Notice No. 4A-II-202133683 dated 23.12.2021 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an additional affidavit wherein it has been stated that some candidates who have been selected in the IAT examination by adopting malpractice and also succeeded. However, the adoption of malpractices has not been

// 2 // established by any of document filed the petitioner beyond reasonable doubt. Hence, the averment in the Writ Petition without substantive evidence to show the malpractice does not warrant this Court's interference in the selection process. Accordingly, this Writ Petitioner has grossly failed to convince the Court regarding the allegation leveled.

8. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
