This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. No. 09 of 2022 filed by the opposite party-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act from the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Nabarangpur to the court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore.

Mr. Tukuna Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this TRP(C) with liberty to file a better application.
