This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.21349 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Contempt Petition is disposed of by granting one month further time to the opposite party - contemnor to comply the order passed on 06.08.2021. However, if the order is not complied with within the extended time, it will be held as deliberate violation of this Court's order.
