This is an application for modification of order dated 19.04.2022.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Kalahandi district and therefore, he has to travel 200 Kms to appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case as per one of the conditions imposed by this Court while granting him bail. 4.

Considering the above facts and submissions, I am inclined to allow the prayer for modification. The order dated 09.04.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall personally appear before the trial court whenever the personal attendance is considered necessary by the trial court with all the other conditions remaining intact.
