Looking to the nature of controversy, this Court finds, the Order No.

controversy raised herein cannot be adjudicated in mutation proceedings. In the process, this Court finds, there is no purpose in entertaining the writ petition involving a challenge to the impugned orders passed by the competent authority under the Mutation Manual. It is, however, made clear that if the Petitioner is so advised, may go for appropriate proceeding and observation, if any, made by either of the Forums, shall ultimately be governed by the final outcome in appropriate proceeding.
