The petitioner is in custody in connection with P.R. No. 39/202223 corresponding to 2(a)CC No. 10/2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20(b)(ii) of N.D.P.S. Act. 4.
Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
