Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below as per the order dated 19.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7187 of 2022. Further, while considering the bail application, the learned court in seisin over the matter shall apply principle of parity. 4.

Order dated 19.07.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 5.
