1. It is seen from the counter affidavit of the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 that the Revenue Inspector, Begunia conducted an enquiry, which showed that apart from Opposite Party No.5, the Petitioner himself has also encroached some Government land. There are two encroachment cases already initiated i.e. Encroachment Case No.115 of 2016 against the Petitioner and Encroachment case No.156 of 2017 against Opposite Party No.5.

2. The Court expects both the encroachment cases to be taken to their logical end, if not already done. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
