1. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State confirms that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. states that she and the Petitioner are married, that they have a child and are staying happily with each other.
2. In that view of the matter, the Colliery P.S. Case No.10 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.29 of 2015 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
