Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayers:- "It is therefore prayed that, Your Lordships may be graciously pleased to admit this Application and upon hearing allow the petition and direct Opp. parties by a suitable writ to grant N.O.C. to petitioner-institution to open B.Sc. Nursing Course on basis of the Application made for the Sessions 2020-21;

And make such order/direction in the facts and circumstances of the case;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of observation made in order dated 31st March, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.17428 of 2021, the

// 2 // petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to move the appropriate authority in the light of the observation made in the said order.

Taking into consideration such prayer, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
