1. Mr. Dalai, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he will withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a fresh representation to the Government giving suggestions as to how the irrigation project in question can be implemented notwithstanding the existence of the elephant corridor.

2. If such representation is made not later than 10th October, 2022 it shall be considered on merits and the decision thereon shall be conveyed to the Petitioner within a period of three months thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any view in the matter.
