This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 2891of 2022 arising out of Bharatpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 274/275/276 of the I.P.C. read with Section 2 of the Odisha Act 3 of 1999.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Adl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar by Order dated 7.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account that Charge-sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of allegation and period of

custody since14.05.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. The copy of the Charge-sheet be kept on record.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
