Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged, even after the report of the R.I. favouring the Petitioner, the Mutation Case No.104/2022 has not been completed. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved and as this Court finds, dependent on the report of the R.I. recorded on 23.5.2022 at Page-34 of the Brief, the Tahasildar, Pipli is directed to complete the proceeding, vide Mutation Case No.104/2022 by undertaking such exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
