Heard Mr.S.K.Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.H.M.Dhal, learned Addl.

Government Advocate.

According to Mr.Bhanjadeo the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in extending the benefits as provided under Orissa Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, 2006 though she has lost her land on account of acquisition of same for the purpose of construction of industry by Utkal Aluminimum International Limited.

During course of hearing, Mr. Bhanjadeo submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Collector, Rayagada (opposite party No.3) in the matter by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date. 5.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before opposite party No.3 through registered post within a period of

// 2 // two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such grievance petition by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
