Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

M/s. T. Sinha appears on behalf of the informant. The Vakalatnama filed by her is taken on record.

The petitioner is accused in Naktideul P.S. Case No.83 of 2022corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.25 of 2022, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special Court (POCSO), Sambalpur.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Court (POCSO), Sambalpur, by order dated 11.05.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 6.
Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim placed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the tenor of
the same and taking into account the submission of learned counsel for the informant-father of the victim that informant has no objection for grant of bail, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
