The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the action of Election Officer-cum-VLW, Talachua Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Rajnagar in rejecting the nomination of the Petitioner in respect of election of the member of the committee of Talachua PACS, Rajnagar.

In course of hearing, Mr. Ali, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the appropriate remedy under law.
