The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to modify the list of valid nomination dated 2nd June, 2022 (Annexure-3) in respect of election to the Managing Committee of Talchua Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society. 3.

Since the election to the Managing Committee of Talchua Primary Agriculture Co-operative Society has already been held in the meantime, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 4.

However, this order shall not preclude the Petitioner from raising his grievance as set out in the writ petition by filing a properly constituted election dispute.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
