None appears for the Petitioner at the time of Call. Heard Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to produce the letter dated 21.06.2005 and quash the same.

Since the matter is of the year 2005 and in the meantime 17 years have been passed and none is there to prosecute this case, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made by the Petitioner at this stage.
