Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 18th May, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge (CBI-1), Bhubaneswar in CRP No.8 of 2016 dismissing the revision for non-prosecution. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to enable the Petitioner to file an application before the revisional Court for setting aside the impugned order and restore the revision petition. 4.

In view of such submission, the CMP is disposed of as withdrawn.
