Heard Mr. P.C. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner according to Mr. Dash is that the petitioner is being harassed by the police personnel of the Abhayachandpur Police Station in the district of Jagatsinghpur without any reason.

On instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that though the petitioner along with another have protested for construction of JSW Project, however the petitioner is not involved in any criminal case and the police personnel of Abhayachandpur Police Station has never conducted any raid at his house to apprehend him and also the petitioner has never been called to the Police Station in any manner. It is his further submission that the petitioner has also not lodged any report against anyone in Abhayachandpur Police Station to take any action against them.

In such background, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the

petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if any cause of action arises in future. 5.

Considering the submissions made, the CRLMP is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty. 6.
