This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

"It is therefore, humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) Issue Rule Nisi in the nature of writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/writs, calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the purchased land of the petitioner under Annexure-1 shall not be mutated in his name subject matter of Mutation Case No.1302/2021 pending before the Opp. Party No.3 within a stipulated time as desired by this Hon'ble Court; AND (ii) If the Opp. Parties fail to show-cause and/or show insufficient cause, make the said Rule absolute; AND (iii) Pass any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions and grant relief/relefs to which the petitioner is found entitled;

AND (iv) Allow the writ application with costs;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner, shall as in duty bound ever pray."

Considering the limited request for disposal of Mutation Case No.1302 of 2021, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Cuttack Sadar-opposite party no.3 to dispose of the Mutation Case No. 1302 of 2021 in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
