This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

During course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this bail application in respect of the Petitioner Nos.8, 12, 14 & 16. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of as withdrawn in respect of Petitioner Nos.8, 12, 14 & 16. The ABLAPL is now confined only to Petitioner Nos. 1 to 7, 9 to 11, 13 and 15, hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioners'. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant. 4.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.106 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1800 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be

// 2 // deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order dated 04.08.2020 stands vacated in respect of Petitioners Nos.12, 14 & 16.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
