This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioners therefore pray that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition call for records, after hearing the parties issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari/ mandamus or any other writ/ directions directing the Sub-Collector, Khurda to take decision on the petitioner's application within a stipulated period." 2.

Since the request of the Petitioner is still pending consideration of the Sub-Collector, Khurda-Opposite Party No.5, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.5 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter involving the parties likely to be affected and also the representative of the Lord Jagannath Temple, Puri, within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
