Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2022 in connection with Padampur P.S. Case No.45 of 2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.54 of 2022 of the Court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Gunupur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21(b)(ii)(C)/25/27-A/29 of NDPS Act, 1985 4.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity being 170 Kg of ganja, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected. 5.

BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
