Since, the Petitioner in this Writ Petition challenges the forfeiture of the EMD amount, this Court is not inclined to entertain such prayer made in this Writ Petition. However, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of the Agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to the petitioner. 3.
