Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioner to surrender complying the Court's order dated 26th August, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 1642 of 2022.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reason stated, the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated and the extended period has expired in the meantime and hence, further extension should be allowed as a last chance.

Considering the above, the Court is inclined to extend the time and accordingly, it is ordered.

The I.A. is disposed of with the extension allowed in favour of the petitioner to surrender before the court of the learned

Additional Sessions Judge, Khallikote in connection with S.T. Case No. 45 of 2021 on or before 25th September, 2023. 5.

No further extension shall be allowed in future. 6.
