Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the typographical error in bail application in Court. 4.
The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2022 in connection with Boudh P.S. Case No.138 of 2022 corresponding to Special (NDPS) Case No.20 of 2022 of the Court of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 21(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention and the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity, being 6 Kg of ganja, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of
the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
