This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection G.R. Case No.741 of 2022, arising out of Khallikote P.S. Case No.312 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote for commission of offence punishable under Sections 452/294/506/354/323/34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, it is observed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote in G.R. Case No.741 of 2022 corresponding to Khallikote P.S. Case No.312 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, the Petitioners shall be released on
// 2 // bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
