This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties to consider his representation/reply within a period of seven days keeping in mind the new academic session which is going to start after Summer Vacation.

Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that communication was made on 11.04.2022 through e-mail and the Petitioner is not well versed with the said system. He received the letter much after the time specified and as such, he has complied the requirement and brought to the notice of the Authority vide Annexure-3 dated 07.06.2022. Therefore, necessary direction may be issued to the authority to pass appropriate order.

This Court is not inclined to issue such direction. However, if the Petitioner has complied with the requirement, it
is open to him to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
